22nd 2010: Zeo
Due to some hosting glitches, and the fact that I was out of town
December, the last update did not take.
However I am pleased to annouce, that ON TOP of the movie hosting, GU
is is also going to offer hosted forums for books, and other creative
endevors as they come along. This includes, and is not limited
to: Original Magna, Original Anime, Compuer programs outside of
games, and anything that can be considered a creative endevor.
GU is also going to start an initaive, probably in conjunction with
ICGF(The live Tournament Community I'm co-owner of), to do score
trackings, and speed trackings on games. This wil be conducted in
a similiar manner to Twin Galaxies, but more "hard core". Challenges
will be things that are unique, and not exactly normal. IF TG
carreis a track, we will not. We are not intending to compete
with them, we are running Specialized challenges, not "keeping score
for prosterity."
What is a track? See the gaming forums for more details.
Also GU will be providing INDEPTH, Data reports. THis is not the
kinda stuff that appears reguaraly on Game FAQS. THis going to be
raw data on games. First one is up and running,

The Gaming Universe is pleased to annouce a new iniaitive. Where
as the original intenent whenI founded The Gaminguniverse in 2001
with the Contract breaker Jim Verhagen was to remake games, and promote
indie gaming. This method is failing fast, due to the ease that
Publishers like Nintendo can out put games, esp via Virtual
Console.
Also despite the fact that I have payed for, and made nice forums(And
have a WORKING FRONT PAGE! JIM!), niether this site NOR the traitor's
site has had any meanful activity, outside of the core members at each
since I Stalemated the Civil War.
To move forward, while not giving up on the game development, this site
will now also work with original and other films. Specifically,
low budget General audience original movies and Animated series.
The development offer, extends to anyone now that wishes to make and
produce a movie of any legal production, provided that the end product
is DISTRIBUTED AT THIS SITE FOR FREE.
The only expetion to this is junk: The movie must have a plot,
must be consistantly following the plot, and must leave the audience
with the idea they saw a movie, not a collection of porn and/or trash.
Two example of movies, that are not adult, but are still poorly
done, Ghost World(no plot) and Twilight(dependant on novel).
See forums for deails on these two movies and why they are below my
standards.
